By using FaceGenX, you agree to the following:

Ownership

You own all the rights to the AI-generated images created through our service. You can use them for LinkedIn, resumes, or any commercial purposes.

User Responsibility

You must only upload photos of yourself. Uploading images of others without consent is strictly prohibited.

Refunds

Due to the high cost of GPU processing required for AI training, we generally do not offer refunds once the generation process has started.

Delivery

We aim to deliver portraits within 5 minutes, but technical delays may occur.
